Our reservation system allows you to book a vehicle up to a year in advance.
Yes. If you cancel the booking before 1 hour of the start time there is no charge. A cancellation within an hour of the start time will incur 50% of the reservation cost and cancelling the booking after the hire has started will incur 100% of the reservation cost.
Yes but only if the vehicle is not booked by another user. You can do this either on-line or by calling CCC.
Yes but you cannot shorten the reservation period once it has started and you will be invoiced for the full cost of the hire.
Yes, you can start using the car at anytime during your reservation period.
All of our cars are as environmentally friendly as possible. We currently have large family cars (Toyota Prius) and smaller cars (Toyota Yaris).
The cars are owned by CCC therefore we will regularly clean and service them.
A fuel card is provided in each of the vehicles. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ARE PETROL WHILE SOME ARE DIESEL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU USE THE CORRECT FUEL.

All of our cars are easily accessed using your membership card. If you have reserved the car you simply place your card onto the windscreen mounted card reader. This will unlock the vehicle.
Notify CCC immediately, we will issue you with a replacement card but you will not be able to use the cars until you have this. There may also be a charge for the replacement.
The key fob/key should always be found in the glove box and should always be returned here when you have finished your reservation. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN UPPER AND A LOWER GLOVE BOX. YOU MAY NEED TO CHECK BOTH.
Please try not to!! We do hold spare keys for all of our vehicles but there will be a penalty to pay. Please see Terms and Conditions.
You will need to notify CCC. If the vehicle is not reserved by another user you will be able to extend your booking. If the vehicle is reserved you will need to return it ASAP and you will incur a penalty charge.
Park in the nearest available space and notify CCC as to where the car is.
Contact the CCC helpline, if it is a mechanical breakdown you will be advised to call the emergency number printed on the user guide contained in car.

You will have to pay the fine and receive the points on your license.
